Incarnation Camps: Pequot, Sherwood & Pioneer Village
Founded in 1886, The Incarnation Center Camps: Pequot, Sherwood & Pioneer Village offer both residential and day camping to boys and girls ages 7-15. Incarnation Center is located in Ivoryton, Connecticut on 700 wooded acres, which surround a mile-long private lake. Accredited by the American Camping Association, The Incarnation Camps offer a well-rounded program including boating and swimming instruction; ropes course; archery; hiking; drama; land sports; arts and crafts; horseback riding; and more. Teens at Pioneer Village take part in Adventure Treks, which include hiking the Appalachian Trail, biking the rail trails of New England or canoeing the Connecticut River and rock climbing. We are an easy 2 hr train ride from New York City, and take pride in showing city kids a world of fun in the outdoors.
