Bringing back the traditions of the great camps and building a foundation for the best summer ever!

Dwight Summer Day Camp embraces the same philosophy as the Dwight Schools, which is to find and ignite the spark of genius in every child.

Chancellor Stephen Spahn, the longest serving head of an independent school in New York City, has an extensive background in camps. Acutely aware of the role that physical fitness and teamwork play in the camp experience, Mr. Spahn recruited Mike Bailey to head Dwight's summer camp program.

Mr. Bailey drew from decades of experience in coaching and training to develop a program that is in alignment with the Dwight philosophy. The result is a camp that provides a fun and safe environment where each camper can nurture his or her greatest potential.
